He also had a late grandfather named Donald Mohr, and great-grandparents named Glenn and Kathryn Sharp, all of whom were born in the United States.
Marsh II received his high school diploma from Mahomet-Seymour in 2003. He was a goalie for the Bulldogs for four years throughout his college career. At the time, he was widely regarded as one of the top basketball players in Central Illinois.
In addition, he enjoyed fishing and was a member of the Champaign County Bassmasters club in Illinois. He has won the Angler of the Year award thrice. In a similar vein, he enjoyed painting the masterpieces of Bob Ross as a pastime. His previous employment included work at LS Building Products, as well as membership in the Elks Lodge #2497 in the Champaign/Urbana area.
On the 22nd of August this year, a gathering was held in his honour at the Elks Lodge, located at 903 N. Dunlap Avenue in Savoy.
